Customer Service Executive

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5.5 days alter sat work week)




  • Running of Various reports from GEE (Revenue, Insurance, claims etc).
  • Identifying client trends, analytical up/downs on client’s shipments.
  • Triggering of KPI’s-Quotations/ auto rating.
  • Monitoring GKAM (Global Key account Management) Auto trigger KPI with users.
  • Monitoring X-Trade Shipments Billing (within 5 days from Vessel’s or Flight’s departure per SOP).
  • Weekly Tele calling to client for Survey & feedback.


  • At least 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft word & excel.
  • Familiar in Inco Terms.
