Customer Service Executive Customer Services - 14/10/15

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 days work week)


  • Liaise with internal customers and vendors on logistics related issues, requests and requirements.
  • Coordinate between the warehouse and customer to resolve any order or delivery related issues.
  • Identify and resolve customer returns through appropriate return materials procedures.
  • Handle customer recovery.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager.


  • Candidate with 1 - 2 years’ of relevant ecommerce background will be an added advantage.
  • Call centre and Order Fulfilment experience preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and meticulous.
  • Proactive and process oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
