JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To deliver exceptionally high standard of customer service.
- Able to answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
- Passion for service; possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Any other related and miscellaneous tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level and or Diploma or its equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- English and Mandarin preferred as to deal with our Chinese speaking customers.
- Strong team player with initiative and ability to perform under pressure.
- Good voice and pleasant personality.
- 5 days work week (4 weekday, 1 weekend).
