JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To manage full range of human resources responsibilities including policy and procedures development and implementation, legislative compliance, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
  • To manage regular and project‐based office administrative activities including office procurement, office maintenance control, coordination of various general support services, office renovation project and etc.
  • To manage, coordinate and monitor the information technology services provided by external information technology vendor, include hardware / software/ networking /system administration, maintenance, installation, deployment and support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder or related in Human Resource Administration/ Management.
  • Min 3- 5 years relevant all ‐ round solid HR and Admin experiences, preferably in retail industry companies.
  • Must have sound knowledge in local labour laws.
  • Overseas exposure with labor law and practice will be an added advantage.
  • A self‐initiative and well‐organized discipline, detail ‐ minded and excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  • A team player, able to interact with people at all level and work in a dynamic environment and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
