JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Maintaining AR,AP,GL and Journal entries.
  • Processing of invoices.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Maintaining of monthly schedules.
  • GST & Withholding tax preparation.
  • Preparing of sales and inventory reports for weekly retail meeting.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agent.
  • Maintain intercompany schedules and reconciliation.
  • Carry out month end and year-end closing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting (preferably full scope of accounts), candidates with more years if relevant experience will be considered for Accountant position.
  • Candidates are expected to be proactive and to be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office application, especially MS Excel.
